They really really really really do work!
Amazing, worn these for just 2 days and the pain of plantar fasciitis has virtually disappeared. Having suffered for months I took some time to choose which orthotics to try after confirmed diagnosis, and didn't go for the cheapest. I am not regretting it one bit. At first the inserts felt a little strange as they gave support to the arch of the foot, where there had been little previously, but by day 2 they were almost undetectable in my shoes they were so comfortable. I like the fact you can move them to different shoes, I have tried pumps and knee high boots with equal comfort. Worth every penny in my opinion. Sizing was accurate too. PS I don't work for Scholl!

Scholl Orthaheel
Needed to try something in my shoes as my feet and heels particularly were getting so painful. I saw these were recommended for painful heels and decided to try them out.Strange when you first try them however, you soon get used to them and they are quite comfortable once you get used to walking straighter. They make you walk straighter as i was walking with my heels turned in a bit so this helps to stop that occurring. My heels do not feel as painful as the heel part of the support is nicely cushioned.I have now bought a second pair as i had to keep swopping them over so i have treated myself to a second set!Would recommend you try them if you have the same problems

Limp and ache no more
Fantastic product. Had aching legs, painful ankles and knees, which caused me to walk slowly and therefore made my hips ache. After just a couple of hours I was able to feel the difference and now, after a few weeks, I am able to go a lot faster, further and not have any problems. Will certainly purchase more when required. I have also recommended them to my friends.

Better than my GPs advice!
My GP prescribed some physiotherapy exercises for Achilles tendinitis and although those would help calming the pain, it would never disappear and always come back. After 6 months in pain I got fed up and decided to try these in soles. After a few days wearing them the pain subsided and gradually went away. I’ve bought one pair for each set of shoes and I even reused them once. Never had anymore pain, and that is nearly one year wearing these now.

Worth a try if you suffer from back pain albeit on the expensive side.
I have back and leg problems, calf pain and stiffness. These insoles are an attempt to rectify your posture through correct placement of your feet. They take a bit of getting used to due to the pressure they exert on the foot arch. There is also some heel cushioning built in. After a week you miss them if you forget to fit them. So far the insoles have not compacted and I wear them all the time. There seems to be an improvement in my knees and a painful Achilles’ tendon has calmed down. I like wearing them. My only complaint is sizing; I find that ‘regular’ is slightly undersized for my dress shoes but fine for trainers. If they last I shall buy another set but a size up from regular.

Well worth a try
Bought this almost a year ago on a recommendation to help for back pain that sometimes arises. I didn't cut them, just added to the shoes. Walking felt a little odd at first, then I noticed I was inclined to shift slightly my posture. That may explain the surprising result of not getting any arising of the issue for a very long time! Well worth the purchase. I'm getting a second pack now.

Healing for my heel and instep
It took a while for these insoles to help my plantar fasciitis, but I am now free of it having suffered for over a year. I found that if I tried to do without the insoles the pain came back worse than ever. They take some getting used to and don't fit well into every pair of shoes unless you can take out the existing insole, but you get used to the feeling and boy, do they help!If you have ever suffered the agony of foot or ankle pain, I would really highly recommend you give them a go. They are a lot cheaper than visiting one of the many practitioners that claim to help this sort of thing, but don't (in my case)!
