I use the product at night to get me to a restful sleep. I often lay down and “fight” going to sleep. This product relaxes me.

Pleasant taste
I bought this to help with menstrual cramps, i have severe ones, it didn't help with that but i think it's good for other things. Has a pleasant taste when mixed with apple juice.

I noticed my hair has gotten thicker and longer but a surprise benefit is this causes for a pleasant fragrance “down there.” Also better sleep!

New hair growth
I really like the taste of this guava leaf extract. I am taking a lot of different supplements so I can’t definitively say that it gives me energy but I can definitely point to the fact that my hair has stopped falling out and appears to be growing thicker. I would definitely recommend this product to help with hair growth.

Syrupy Sweet, didn't help with sleep
I've taken the Guava Leaf extract both on its own as well as diluted with hot water before bed. After my first dose, I felt like it was too syrupy to take by itself, as the sweet taste is overwhelming. I've also added it to decaf tea as well as to plain hot water to drink before I go to bed; however, I have not noticed any changes in my sleep; I've tried this with and without taking melatonin at night, and did not feel that it helped me get a better night's rest.I do like that it's USDA certified organic and made in the USA from organically sourced, non-GMO guava leaf. The webpage claims include the liquid extract being "a powerhouse of nutrients, providing fiber, energy, and vitamins, like vitamin A, C and numerous members of the B-complex group," so I can appreciate all the other health benefits it does give. Still, with it's too sweet taste, this is just not a product I'll buy again.
