Appreciate the help when they didn’t have to. 5 stars for that!******Advertisement and other reviews seemed promising but this did not work for my 12 lb poodle/bichon mix. He would not eat this at all and I tried different ways with breaking it apart and mixing it with other foods (dry and wet) but after a 2 week battle this was a lost cause. I can’t return this either so I’m stuck with it. I think it’s the powdery coating that this has that my dog does not like.

Dogs love them! They are easy to chew and help with the itching. I have now purchased my second canister. Evidently taste good because my dog jumps up and down when he sees me opening them. He then sits to recurve one. I haven’t noticed an unpleasant smell.

Just received the product and have started my dog on the chews, its too early to see a difference but she does like the taste.

My dog won't eat these so I tried to return to Amazon for a refund since it is not cheap. Amazon had me reached out to the company which I did requesting them to work with Amazon to authorize a refund and all I got was an email asking me to try different ways to give these to my dog. The suggestions they provided some I already tried and the others well, I have to watch what I give him due to his allergies. This is not a cheap product to just throw in the trash and I can't believe after all the reviews I read, this is the outcome from both Amazon & Pet Lab. Amazon allowed me to return 1 other pet lab product for a refund but for this they made me reach out to Pet Lab who won't help either. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this product! It's expensive and if your dog does not like, there is nothing you can do besides throw it in the trash. I am disappointed with both Amazon & Pet Lab for not being willing to work with me on an expensive product my dog WON'T TOUCH! I DO NOT RECOMMEND and will never consider Pet Lab products again. BEWARE PEOPLE

This takes a few weeks to work and it's something that you need to continue to give daily. It did help after about three weeks but it's beginning expensive to keep up with.

Dog liked then. Did help with his itchy ears. Didn't scratch ad much when having these.
