Joseph Joseph 60095 Index Steel Chopping Board Set, Large, Stainless, Classic

Four coloured plastic planks in a metal box. They do the job and look "contemporary" on the worktop - I suppose the colour coding is a useful safety/hygiene feature though I'd made it though six-decades using wood and other scuzzy ones without that feature. Says they are large, and, since using a smaller set at an AirBnB I've realised they are, but, they could usefully be larger.

These are worth the money. The colour coordination helps a great deal . Really easy to clean,wipe and put away. Some have knife marks already but i noticed this depends on how sharp the knife is. I don't mind at all as they very sturdy boards and would last a long time. The case is so attractive.

I am highly pleased with these boards. I have been diagnosed as coeliac and so was advised to replace all my chopping boards to stop cross contamination. They have worked a treat and my antibodies have reduced and I am beginning to feel much better. I read the reviews before buying and some were saying that the boards were marked quite quickly, but what are they for? And once through the dishwasher they get put away and keep my sides looking clear and you don't look at them again until you use them! I would certainly buy again.

Stainless steel holder could be more versatileI don't know if it's a result of how I'm washing it, but the front side of my vegetable board (the side where you do the cutting) cleans up fine. But I can't seem to get rid of the stains on the back (see my picture). I've tried several times to get rid of this but they haven't budged. Maybe I need a harder sponge.I like the way the stainless steel holder looks, but I wish that the feet were removable so that I can lay this set down horizontally in a cupboard. As it is, you can only stand the set upright on your counter.We do have scratch marks on ours already, so don't expect this to be a scratch free board. I enjoy the weight and sturdiness. The grips help them to stay put as you do your chopping.Overall good, but can be better.

Perfect chopping boards for our kitchen. I have just re bought these - we had the stainless steel ones but the silver index top was not durable.These chopping boards are a good size and really good quality.

Love this. I suppose expensive for chopping boards but the style is worth paying that bit more. The boards are very sturdy and thick. Would recommend

After a lot of research on Amazon and other retailers I chose this set of chopping boards...and have no regrets. They are solid, but not too heavy. It's not just the colour and labels that differentiate the uses, but each has a specific surface for that use. They may appear expensive but, given the length of life I anticipate for them, well worth any extra. cost

Look great and work well - they go in the dishwasher which is great - my old ones bent when put in dish washer. yes they do score a bit when you use them like other reviews have mentioned but thats what they are meant to do rather then your worktops get damaged! Even husband likes them!
