I wear a size 42 in men's outerwear, the large end for the Medium size of this product is about perfect. This should leave room for it to be snugged up as my posture improves. I've spent years carrying tool bags and equipment, as well as driving many hours per week. My posture is horrendous. Day one of wearing this brace and I can feel my body trying to adjust.It's a comfortable fit and super easy to adjust. The soft neoprene material is gentle and will be easy to clean.Very fast shipping (I'm not a Prime member) and product came with good instructions and a storage bag. What a great product, I purchased this for my daughter, who has the “technology slouch”. She’s up to 45 mins of wear a day. It pulls her shoulders back well, and it’s very easy to put on. This is perfect for anyone having posture issues.

This is made very well with adjustable straps which makes it possible to position properly. As a nurse, I find myself slouching while charting and my back has paid the price. I was really excited to try this during my next working shift on the floor. It really helped my posture. It took me alittle bit to get used too, but after awhile I wasn't as aware of it. the posture corrector was a great invention. I sit at a desk all day and my back often hurts, but the corrector has definitely helped that back pain and caused me to realize how bad I slouch when I sit. It is helping me to sit up straighter and make sure that I am not slouching. I would highly recommend to anyone who has a desk job or job that causes them to slouch a lot.

I have been using this for about two weeks now and it seems to be really helping. I work in an office at a desk all day and don't have the best posture. I put this on every day after work and it helps me stretch out and relive some pain I feel. It is very easy to put on, just put it on like a back pack & tighten.

Device is light and does help to support good posture. It adjusts with velcro straps. They are ok but it helps to have my wife adjust it.It can be uncomfortable if tightened but wearing it for 30-60 minutes at a time is ok.My wife does tell me that it improves my appearance.

Was a bit of adjustment but I definitely notice it correcting me when I start to slouch. I wish I would have started using this when I was younger!
