They will fit most any foot. Comfortable. May be a bit harder to wear inside closed shoes, but work great for sandals. Can walk around house barefoot with these and still have the arch support my super flat feed need. Instant reduction of pain from misalignment of bones due to lack of arches. I was VERY surprised at the pain reduction being so quick. i lost my last pair, so yes, i bought them again..... and will again if i lose these or the velcro quits working. Well worth the money.

I have a history of plantar fasciitis and have high arches. I love to go barefoot but can no longer do that for fear the plantar fasciitis will return. I bought these arch supports so that I could walk around the house without always having to wear shoes/slippers. So far they seem to be doing the trick. The problem I have with these is that they only come in one size and they seem to be a bit loose on my feet. To be clear, I do not have especially small feet. I wear a size 9 medium width shoe and have a very high arch. These arch supports have a stretchy band with velcro to pull them tight & close them. But they are kind of loose so that if I put on my slipper socks over them, they sometimes twist around and stay in the sock when I pull it off. Because you are only supposed to hand wash and air dry, I bought a second pair to be able to wear them while waiting for the first pair to dry; and I did notice that the second pair which is beige has a slightly different design to them and does seem to fit better than my first black pair. Anyway, they do seem to provide good arch support and I have not had any return of foot pain. Its nice to have something to enable me to not have to wear shoes around the house!

This item has given my feet great relief from plantar fascitis. It also helps with tired feet in general.

It was hard to grade this product with stars as I had a really hard time getting them to fit my foot. I tried to wear them, but they kept slipping out of place on my foot and rolling. I could not get them tight enough to stay put. I really like the idea of the hard arch support piece. It was what I needed and what I was looking for. Especially for wearing in my running shoes as I have a very high mid-arch. Unfortunately, I had to send them back as because of the fit problem. Perhaps a few sizes S-M-L would help as there is nothing else on the market that I've found with a support as good as this product has. I would recommend except for the fit. I suggest though that you try them and return if they do not fit. My problem may be unique

I wear these everyday to work. They have done wonders for helping my foot pain. My feet don't hurt almost at all even after a 12 hour work day in the service industry. I'm a server and I wear Vans everyday. These give me the support I need and they are a good price. They fit anyone and I love that they are just for the arch and not insoles that I can't fit in my shoes. As far as bad go they hold smell pretty badly and when washing them they start falling apart rather fast. They also make a weird bump in your shoes that looks kind of weird because of how it wraps. They will need to be worn in. The first couple days they do hurt but after that they are great. Highly recommend for those on a budget that need some support for a long day.
