I’ve been dealing with sensitive teeth for a while, and this is one of the few products that genuinely makes a difference. I noticed relief pretty quickly — within a few days — especially when drinking cold water or eating sweet things that used to sting. The mint flavour is mild and not overpowering, which I like. It still leaves your mouth feeling fresh, just without that intense, burning mint some toothpastes have. I use it like a normal daily toothpaste now, and my teeth definitely feel more comfortable overall. Bit pricier than regular toothpaste, but totally worth it if you’ve got sensitivity issues.

It’s better than other toothpaste, cleanse teeth well, effective on sensitive teeth and gums. But it’s a small tube, not value for money.
