This was so very easy to fit, the instructions were clear and I can’t see how you could go wrong. Obviously a lot of thought has gone into how to make it easy for non plumber to fit, previously I have had a terrible time trying to tighten kitchen taps from the underside but this one is tightened from the top, brilliant. The fitting under the tap itself has been machined from a solid piece of brass, it looked lovely, very impressive. If you need a new kitchen tap this one is really very, very good.

Easy to install. The design did prove it’s worth as the first tap leaked from the top and the mid point of the body. Amazon returns were very efficient and A new tap arrived promptly. I just had to change the body and not the pipes . The second tap works fine and no leaks.

Good tap, and easily fitted from the top of the sink - you still need to hold the threaded ring from underneath until the first screw gets a start, but easy to tighten, and no lying upside down in a dark cupboard to try and tighten nuts as on the old one. Good quality solid brass fittings, so worth paying a little extra for. We already have a Bristan tap in a bathroom and it has kept its looks and worked faultlessly for several years.

The hardest part of this job was taking out the old tap, it had rusted and the nuts were under the sink. Between taking out the multi-wick drain and clearing out the press the whole job took nearly 3 hours of which maybe 20 minutes were spent putting in the new tap. (I'm not a plumber)Great design. Must have been designed by a plumber who was sick of getting in under kitchen sinks. It has been in place now almost 2 months and works perfectly. As of now I would recommend this tap to anyone.

Good sturdy tap works well, however the claim that tap can be assembled through the tap hole in sink from the front is not true. My sink has standard hole for tap but I had to disassemble the clamping plate before putting tap through hole and then from the underside reassemble the clamping plate. This was relatively easy and I must say the idea of the clamping plate being tightened from the working side of sink was useful. Mind you you still have to go under sink to fit the braided water tails.So if you buy one of these taps (which I like) be prepared to go under the sink.

Very elegant product that fits in perfectly with our new LUNA ceramic sink unit. Fitting was much easier being able to fasten in place from above the sink and then dropping the unit in situ. Fortunately I was able to fit the unit myself as I have experience in problem solving and technological know how. My only concern for others would be the fitting instruction are not the most succinct . The instruction refer to making sure that the front of the unit is noted - there wasn't any indication on the tap base as to which was the front. I would have expected either an illustration or the word 'front' stamped on the unit.However I am pleased with my wife's choice (she likes it) and would recommend it to my friends.

The product that I received did not match the manual in the same box, meaning it was unclear how to safely install the tap, or how to perform maintenance. Attempts to contact the manufacturer are hopeless - two emails, two phone calls, two online requests to be called and three attempts to speak to an online agent all resulted in nothing but a phone bill and 20 minutes of looped advertising on their phone system. Do not expected to receive any technical support from this company, I am just thankful I hadn't installed their product before needing to speak to them.At this point will need to request a refund from Amazon directly. A real shame, as in the past I had found Bristan to be a decent quality, but the risk of needing support from a company that isn't interested means it simply isn't worth it.
