Really gross smell/taste
Not sure if I got a bad batch or what. I know this sounds dramatic, but I literally threw up trying to choke down one of those gummies. Smell/taste is extremely strong and pungent. I honestly feel bad leaving such a bad review, but this was horrible.

Good stuff
I was diagnosed with anemia a few months back. These have been great especially because I can have difficulty with pills. Just a heads up, my renewal came with a broken seal and with reaching out to the brand they never sent me a my replacement. Just had to spend another $20 but with how much they help me I have to do what I have to do.

Ok for tummies not sensitive
It wasn't for me. I had trouble tolerating the iron taste and the vitamin C. My stomach was too sensitive to the iron Vit C combo. That's the problem I have with other supplements too.
