This is fantastic, after the menopause, even with hrt,the anxiety and lack of being able to sleep all through the night has been awful,but this magnesium was recommended for me by my functional health doctor as being the best for me and it really has made a huge difference. If I don't take it, I wake up through the night and feel anxious in the morning when I wake up. Now I sleep well and wake up feeling calm and sleepy, highly recommend this.

I love his magnesium. I definitely feel the benefits. It's a good idea to drink it with apple or pear juice.

The taste isn't a bad as oregano oil. That is awful but this isn't great but if it helps my body naturally then I could take it everyday. I put it in a shot glass with a bit of water and knock it down. I brought this for a skin cocktail I was recommended to watch and one of the ingredients was this.

I love this. I use it to help my sleep quality. It works for me.

Considering the price point, it would be more convenient if the product was available in larger quantities to ensure a longer-lasting supply.
