It's amazing !!! I raccomand 111% !!!
Let me start by sayng i was not paid nor im been sponsored from this company, my review is legit authentic. I must say I never leave reviews, but for this one I have the beer to leave a review cause I want to tell who ever is looking at this item, it's worth it and more...item comes in 3 parts, very easy to assemble, I didn't even expect the cage/chargo to be part of the order, so I was very impressed this item has, all u need besides the arm bracket for the car, really its a ready to go almost....chargo cage, super big chargo bag, net to cover the all bag to secure the chargo bag to the cage and even the straps !!! I was left with no words. I sincerely said...they made a mistake!!! No thats what comes with the box, the bag is very spacious, thick durable material and waterproof, drove in snow storm over 3 hrs back n forth. 6 hrs total...Nothing was wet, n everything went beautiful. I raccomand not expand the cage/chargo bracket all the way like I did, cause u will want to fill up more n more like I did...everyone on the road complemented me cause the wrangler looks so cool with this type of accessories...the only thing I suggest, when traveling use 3 arms to hold under the cage, u dont need it but as per extra piece of mind I would use 3 arms instead of 2, to hold the middle part...again if u open the brakets all the way only...but if u don't need to pack like u running to an other country then ur good. I'm very impressed, n happy with purchase, and I even damaged the zipper some how... probably because I had one of the hooks on the bag and i forgot to move it so it ripped the zipper casue of the force of the wind at front. So going I had no issues, coming back I messed up, nothing moved just that hook I forgot to put in place, so male sure before u leave that everything is hooked and safe to go...also n most important....company has a great customer service, they called me to make sure I was happy with the item and even tho I damaged the item I want to be greatful to the company for been so nice to me, and I will buy even other cool products from them for the wrangler. To anyone putting this on the car remember it's a huge bag but u can use half of it or even less if necessary cause the bracket is adjustable at will. So BUY IT !!! ITS WORTH IT !! u could even hook a light bar and more on this type of braket, next I will buy the rear chargo for the wrangler as well from this company. 5 star for product 5 star for customer service 5 star cause its a well made product n it deserves the credit and this long review, and again I never ever leave a review here...n believe me I bought thousands of items so far, but this one I was impressed with. Thanks for the support and I hope to see ur company grow like it deserves to, customer service is what makes a company successful, n this one will be a big 1 in 2025, much of luck and thanks again for call. Again 111% worth the buy !!! Hope this was helpful for the customer that is not sure, BUY IT !!! 💯 if I find a pic I will upload it as well...

Easy Assemble, Perform a safety check, verify all is secure, BEFORE you load the carrier.
Easy to assemble, only issue was the rubber knobs that go over top os the star wheel tightening knob, to protect the threads on the securing bolt. Well, The hole inside the rubber is too large and will not perform as designed, normally with a design that a rubber knob is to fit snugly over a treaded bolt to add protection, the hole in the rubber is smaller than the bolt diameter, but in my unit the holes in the rubber are to large and I was unable to secure the rubber over the threaded bolt. I've not yet loaded my carrier yet and go on a road triup...soon though. Recommend that you Perform a safety check, verify all is secure, and BEFORE you load the carrier with your valuables , go out on the highway to verify your unit stays in place, the nosie level is higher without a load, once you complete your "Shakedown", retighten the 8 handwheels (if needed). once the unit is loaded out and you're on the road or Highway, there will be some noise but not as loud as an empty carrier makes.

Cargo basket
At first I was a little hesitant on getting a cargo basket for the roof but boy did this basket put in work. Did great for 16 hour round trip road trip. It did make a little noise. Also one of the bolts broke when tightening it. But after I replaced it all work worked out. Definitely recommend this

Almost perfect…
Did a lot of research for a rack and bag combo for my Toyota Highlander. The Good- It was nicely packaged. All parts were there. The rack is very sturdy. The bag seems to be of good quality although I haven’t been able to test that just yet. Easy to assemble. The Bad- because of the gaps in the rack and the way my non movable crossbars were located I could not successfully connect the back of the rack to both of rack bars as I did in the front of the rack. I was able to connect to one of the bars in the back (see pic) however it did end up being enough to securely attach the back of the rack in place. Rack would be better if there was no big gaps in the rack! So far I like my purchase. I will update once I put this thing to use.

Sturdy, Versatile, and Great Customer Service!
The Mockins Extendable Roof Rack Basket and Carrier Bag is a great investment! Assembly was easy—everything fit as expected, and all I needed was a large Phillips head screwdriver. To avoid scratching my Subaru Ascent, I had another person help lift the basket while I stood on a 2-step ladder to guide it into place. The longest part of installation was adjusting the car's preassembled crossbars to align with the Mockins basket, then re-lifting the basket for a snug fit before tightening everything down. Once secured, it felt rock solid. The included carrier bag, as thick as a kid’s pool liner, offers excellent weather protection and improves aerodynamics by reducing drag, making road trips smoother and more efficient. The clamp parts that attach the basket to the crossbars, though capped with rubber, still stick up slightly. Be mindful of how you stack—especially gear that ends up beneath heavier items, as the clamp parts could puncture it under pressure, tight strapping, or highway speeds.Mockins’ customer service was also prompt, courteous, and incredibly helpful—answering all my questions quickly and ensuring a smooth experience from purchase to installation. Highly recommend for a sturdy, adjustable, and reliable roof rack!
