Good product

Purchased this after reading the reviews. The line is good value, good quality and easy to cut. You do need to read the instructions carefully and take you time. I started from the inside and worked outwards,the tentioners are fiddly but I found if you don't put the ends into the holders until you have fully adjusted the tention it's easier. It might have taken a while to complete but it saved me ££

My Brabantia rotary dryer is 25+ years old, and I had put off replacing the line as I thought it would be complicated. Pack arrived with easy instructions and a QR link to a YouTube video, lots of surplus wire, so if you make a mistake it’s not a problem, very easy to install, take your time. Would recommend the replacement wire.

I have a four sided outdoor washing airer which required a completely new washing line. This kit was brilliant, came with all the accessories required to refit the airer, good clear instructions and there is also a video to watch if you require guidance for the fitting. Highly recommend.

It's as described with the only let down being that the supplied clips do not fit my Brabantia rotary airer as mine is rather old now. I did know this when the replacement line was purchased but it would be good if they sold replacement clips/joining pieces for older airers as well.

Very pleased with the replacement washing line it is very good value for money just need to put it on my rotary dryer hope it isn’t too difficult

I have had Brabantia products in the past and have always been pleased with the quality, I have had 3 rotary lines in the past 20 years and the Brabantia brand has till now always been well made and good value product. However. as a disabled war veteran in my mid 70's I no longer have the dexterity in my body generally to take on tasks like replacing a rotary line. I found the instructions confusing and the assembly and installation of the lines difficult for me and unsuccessful. I was a bit ambitious in thinking I could carry out the task only to find the line and assembly parts not compatible with my abilities but also not compatible with the rotary line I had inherited when I moved here. I think the line I have was an "a Whirli-line" and was a completely different design and despite my effort over 2 days, my task ended in failure, The experience has taught me a lesson, I will purchase a new Brabantia 4-arm rotary line which should last till I end my days, I have returned the line back via Amazon for a refund and will order a new complete rotary Brabantia line. Unfortunately, my carer/cleaner has disposed of the box in our blue bin which has been collected so, I will pack the line, the instructions and accessories in a suitable return box with the remaining line which I really did try hard to apply without success. I hope the seller will accept the return along with my apologies and assurance that I am still a fan of Brabantia products and happy to recommend their products. John Godfrey
