I've just swallowed the last capsule from the first of 2 bottles I've bought, so I guess I've been taking this product long enough to write a review. Last January I was under a lot of pressure due to work and study and I decided to give Ashwagandha a try. I went for the one from this supplier because it's organic, veg and made in England, so it felt safe. I had been using Ginseng in the past and I was expecting a similar effect, but Ashwagandha works in a different way. It's not a stimulant, it's an adaptogen, which means that it supports your functions without interfering with them the way stimulants do. As far as I'm concerned, this is good because it didn't mess up my sleeping cycle, and I didn't get any sudden "high" followed by a depressing "low". I have Hashimoto's thyroiditis, so other people might experience different effects. Anyway, I can say that this root really helped me. I've been taking it since January (4 months now) and my ability focus has improved a bit, but the revitalising effect is especially noticeable at a physical level. I feel more energetic in general and my swimming performance has improved slightly. On me, it also has a mild libido-boosting effect, which doesn't hurt, although I can't be 100% sure it's down to Ashwagandha. I didn't get any side effects.Delivery was timely, the product undamaged. So I got this product just out of pure chance when coming across it. I'm skeptical when it comes to herbal supplements, especially ones that promote possible fat loss, however this product isn't actually saying it intentionally reduces it, what happens when taking this product is it definitely reduces cortisol levels. If you're anything like me, and half the population at that - and tend to have a stressful job / lifestyle, then this product helps with handling it all and relaxing you. Having high cortisol levels may increase depression, anxiety and stress, whilst also pumping up the rate at which fat cells are stored ( making it incredibly difficult to lose fat ). So having this supplement, reduces your cortisol levels, which will then cause a huge chain of positive knock on effects. I personally am a rather active person in terms of the gym and weightlifting ( strength training to be exact ) and I have noticed a rather big difference it not only my fat loss, but also my strength levels. Now I am not saying it's down to this product alone, as diet and keeping fit are key factors in reducing stress in general, however the only thing that has changed in my diet over the past 3 weeks have been this supplement. Over these past 3 weeks, I have lost more body fat than in the past 3 months, this is also because I was in a calorie deficit, so if you don't want to lose fat don't worry because if you stick to doing what you do every day then you won't lose much unless that is what you're aiming for! Which in my case I am. Not only that, but my personal best when it comes to lifting has also increased, my rep range has improved and the weight I use has increased also, quite dramatically I may add. The point is, this isn't some magical supplement that is going to improve everything, and the company are not making it out to be, but what this does do it help you and work alongside your current lifestyle, if you're stressed, this will help to relax you and from personal experience what I have found is that the things I tend to worry / stress about every morning, I haven't found myself thinking about, the only time I think about it is when it pops into my head that I haven't thought about it, if that makes sense! Overall I would recommend this product to anyone.

About:I have been testing this product for around a month now. From the research i have done on Ashwagandha, this seems to be one of the best sources to purchase it as this product is extracted from the root and grown organically .Performance:I felt slightly more relaxed and at ease whilst taking this supplement and it made it easier for me to concentrate on tasks without overthinking as much, the effect was not dramatic but i did feel it. In the future i will test Ashwagandha again as i have found it rather interesting.Overall:The affects which i most experienced were increased calmness and clarity whilst working, It did not feel like these affects were too strong, but again i did feel them. Overall i do recommend giving this product a try.

These capsules provide me with more energy and get me through long days and keep my anxiety low.They are also helpful if you struggle to get erections.
