Hard to get on High street
I like to have these handy for sciatica and disc bulge. When need to be active. Work very well. They are medicated so there is a slight aroma. But it doesn’t bother me. Although it may do if you’re not fond of that sort of smell.

If It really works
Product arrived quickly. Bought for my elderly Dad who has pain in shoulders. The patch which can be left on for upto 12 hours was quite effective. Size was good, but my dad struggled to put it on flat onto the skin. Pity you can't use them for more than 3 days consecutively. No skin irritation, but I think it felt warm around the patch area. Definitely worth a try.

For minor relief only
I had (still do) a very sure elbow from repetitive strain, added to climbing.I think it's what's known as tennis elbow, but since i don't play tennis in not 100%.Anyway, I thought a more focused pain relief instead of popping pills might sensible, so I purchased these. They adhere well to skin, as long as it doesn't stretch or fold too much. However the elbow by definition does that a lot, so it did struggle to stay flat.I was quickly aware of a tingling sensation, so clearly some type of chemical reaction was taking place. They also smell of mint or eucalyptus. What I didn't notice was substantial pain relief. A slight numbing yes, but not enough to impress.I concur that my pain is high and more tendon than soft tissue related. This may be designed to work better on soft tissue or muscle aches, rather than joints.
