Doesn’t taste nice
It doesn’t taste great. I love prune juice, but I didn’t like the taste of this one, so I had to throw it away, therefore I have no idea how effective it is.

Taste is ok
This one is ok for the taste, and it’s a bit sour and a bit thick. It may need add some water with it, but the taste will be mild. So need to improve it.
