This is one of the best mouth strips I’ve used compared to other ones like there was breathing tape on Shark Tank. There was another one hostage tape, and even though hostage tape was really good even though I had a beard this tape does a great job staying throughout the night. My wife noticed the difference of using this compared to other mouth strip products and for its price as well. It’s a great deal. Been using them for years now since then even hostage tape, I would find it somewhere on my bed because it came off at night. This one doesn’t for me..

I've really been enjoying using this mouth tape. It's helped me to breath through my nose instead of my mouth while I sleep and I have experienced all the benefits of that - no more snoring, no more morning breath, and better restful sleep. The tape is strong enough to stay on all night but gentle enough that it's easy and pain-free to remove. I also wanted to add the note that they ran out of the tape I had ordered and instead sent me a larger size at no extra cost along with a very kind note and some free samples - that is true customer service that you don't get from a lot of companies these days, so I was very impressed by that. I will continue to re-purchase this tape!

My experience with Niveus GentleStrips has been extremely disappointing, to say the least. These strips not only failed to work but also proved to be unreliable and frustrating.First and foremost, the main issue with these strips was their inability to stay in place. They constantly slipped off my skin, making it nearly impossible to keep them on long enough for any potential effect to occur. It was an incredibly frustrating experience, and I had to constantly readjust them, which was both time-consuming and annoying.Even when I managed to keep the strips on for a reasonable duration, I saw no noticeable improvement in teeth sensitivity. The product claims to be "Dentist Developed" and "FSA/HSA Approved," but in reality, it simply did not deliver the promised results.Given the lack of effectiveness and the inconvenience caused by the constant falling off of the strips, I decided to switch back to my previous teeth sensitivity product, which had consistently provided better results and a hassle-free application.In conclusion, Niveus GentleStrips proved to be an ineffective and unreliable solution for teeth sensitivity. Their constant tendency to fall off made them practically unusable, and the lack of any noticeable improvement in sensitivity was a major disappointment. I would strongly advise against using this product and, unfortunately, can only give it a 1-star rating based on my frustrating experience.

Stays on thru the night Easy to remove

First thing I gotta say is when I ordered this I got a smaller size but they were out and upgraded me for free which was amazing.Next is the usage only been a couple of days but it has been working for me by staying on all night, I'm a loud snorer and I have facial hair so I wasn't sure if this was going to work, but it has been working by staying on. So you guys definitely earned a customer from me!

It’s just not quite strong enough. It is very easy on the skin. I found no irritation and I really like that you can choose how much you want to use each time.

If you snore and it's a problem for your partner, mouth tape is super helpful. I thought it might be uncomfortable but was pleasantly surprised that it was indeed comfortable and didn't interrupt my sleep. It also made it much quieter for my husband to sleep. I compared using mouth tape against using a slanted pillow and hands down the tape wins for comfort and ease.

I was excited to try the tape to prevent mouth breathing with a cpap machine. There was a delay in delivery and I received blue tape instead of the clear that I ordered. I sent a message to the supplier as the tape didn't stay on my lipsasking for suggestions or other products they sell but never got a reply. For people it does work for, the tape is gentle when removing.
