Excellent product
Help with sleep. This product has 3 forms of magnesium which is the best combination Easy to take and helped me with some light headed feelings. This really worked for me. i Would recommend it.

Amazing product

Improved sleep
I have been taking Magnesium supplement for past 9 months. This is the second brand I am using. I was using another brand before but it was with less amount of magnesium. This brand has more amount of Magnesium. But I don't feel any drastic difference between the two. I feel both works for me. After taking both, sleep has improved. Also when I am not taking this my back becomes stiff if I sit in a compromised position. But when I take this supplement the back stiffness is less pronounced.
