When these arrived I was initially skeptical. Normally for my work boots I just buy those 10 dollar dr. scholls you see at the end of isles in department stores like wal mart and they get the job done but for some reason my last pair of those just bunch up towards my toes and are just terrible. Gave these a shot and WOW I was missing out on true comfort and support...They look thinner in real life than these pictures - I kind of imagined I'd gain a whole inch in height with how big these look in picture but they are very thin. They are also rigid so it's super easy to just slip these right into your shoe and since they are already sized you don't have to cut them down like you do with the super cheap ones. These are instant game changers for me... I used to have to spend a lot of time cutting the cheap ones down to proper size and some times I'd need to glue them in and even then it was 50/50 whether they were actually more comfortable but these work straight out of the box, super easy to slip in and instantly you can tell just from standing before your first step how much better these are. I'm 100% buying a pair of these for every pair of shoes I ever buy now.

I barely got them today as I was on my way to my car to go to work and the delivery person had JUST pulled over. I immediately took off my shoes in my car and replaced my soles and they felt immediately 10000x better once I put my shoes back on. They fit my shoes EXACTLY and it inserted perfectly. I worked a full shift today and the difference was night and day, my knees and legs would usually hurt after a long shift of standing and walking like today, but they worked so well that I don't even feel pain in my legs at all! I'm thinking of getting more for my other non-work shoes because these are fr the best and cheapest investment ever. They feel like they would last a long time as well. I'll update my review after like a week or a month (if I don't then it means my review stays the same!)

I purchased these a few months ago based on their good reviews. They are very supportive and a perfect fit for my shoes. I would say that they are correctly sized and seem to be made well and of good materials. I do prefer a softer insole but overall still comfortable. These are very rigid, especially in the arch and don't offer a lot of padding for the rest of your foot either, but if they closely match your foot, I think that you will like them. I have a pair of custom made insoles that were very expensive, and it's hard to tell a difference between these and my custom fit ones. They are priced very well and would be worth trying out for yourself.

I got these for some steel toe shoes that were not bad, comfort-wise, but could've been better. At first I was a little skeptical about the arch on these because of how pronounced it was but oh boy when I walked in those steel toe shoes with these insoles I was blown away! It felt like I was wearing a $200 pair of sneakers. On that note I just got some new Hoka Clifton 10 shoes and again, comfy but got another set of these insoles and bam! Instant glory. Going to Disney soon, glad I picked them up again

Tuff, easy to insert in my shoes that I wear around the house due to fallen arches. It has removed a lot of the pain from the misalignment of my knees. They have the correct rise to push my planter and feet bones back into their proper place to allow me to move about the house and out in public. I have them in my athletic shoes that are also supportive to the weakness in my feet. They allow me to move about with ease.

I work standing all day ( 8-9hr shifts @ times even 12 hrs ) at a warehouse with concrete floors , and these literally saved my feet, I tried Dr.Shultz gels inserts and they just did not give me the support I needed for my feet to not get so sore and stiff. I would highly recommend 10/10 and save your self time and just get these and wasting any money elsewhere. In the long run the durability and quality is there these have not gotten “flatten out” they still hold the curve I need for the support , I have a size 7.5 for men that’s a 9 in women. Fits perfectly in my shoe I did not need to resize, I feel it works amazing with wide toe shoes especially if your standing all day do your self a favor and invest in that as well even if you don’t need them your feet will thank you.

I put a 4 star for now because I haven’t used them for work yet but what I can say is instant relief! I bought a pair of Walmart work shoes with hard soles for durability not realizing that the pair I bought are the worst ones to have on my feet, so fast forward to now I had to use them again for a new job and by the following week my feet ached so bad I couldn’t take it anymore, felt like I was walking on concrete barefooted.It was either play Russian roulette on a pair of shoes I didn’t know was going to work or get insoles and invest. I invested! These insoles gave me the biggest smile on my face right now, not only are they are comfortable they are durable! You can see the arch to where it curves to my foot. (I’m flat footed plus overweight so my poor feet were dying). Been in the restaurant business for 15 plus years. And I can already tell I’m gonna feel like I’m walking on a cloud!Con: it’s a con but it still worked in my favor. I accidentally ordered the wrong size insole. Meant to order a 8.5 women’s but accidentally ordered a 8.5 men’s/10.5 women’s. And I compared my old insole to this one and it was the same size and when I put it in my work shoe it fit like a glove, so I guess the upside I didn’t have to return it but to anyone that needs their exact size be aware. For years I have used ‘super feet’ insoles in all my shoes. More than a year ago the arch support didn’t seem to suffice. Then I got a bad and prolonged case of plantar fasciitis. I tried multiple insoles that specifically advertised help with plantar fasciitis. Some that didn’t help at all I returned. Most I kept. Soon it became clear these yellow and blue Valsole inserts were the best and I bought several and now I have them in most my shoes. They are very solid and appear quite durable. Best of all my plantar fasciitis disappeared.
