Nice little addition to my Fujifilm camera.

Fitted one to an old Rollei SL35 and it made the shutter release more comfortable to use. The other went on my Fuji X-E2 and again helped with comfort and feel.

Couldn't get them to fit when the O rings were fitted and without the O rings they can come loose so you need to check them before use

Bought for shutter button on Sony camera makes button easier to locate.

Has a short threaded screw to insert into the shutter button. It has come off a couple of times due to not being tightened enough. Difficult to get it tight as I don't want to force it. You have to hold the camera power-on firmly to provide resistance to screw it firmly into place. Comes with a very small, in fact minute, rubber washer which you have to fit over the thread. This is fiddly and I found that this made it less likely to keep the button in place as it shortens the thread further. However it does look good on the camera and is functional but to be honest I'm not sure it is necessary. Camera is Fujifilm X-T30ii. Two of them in the pack incidentally, one concave and one convex. Advise you keep the spare handy.

I have it on my X pro 1 and it looks gorgeous. Fuji does not recommend them as over-screwing may affect functionality. I do not tighten it too much and if they get lost I get another one and never had an issue.

Good as usual but make sure you install the o-ring as you will loose them over time

I’ve tried several soft shutter releases like this one and really have found this to work the best for me. The concave design is most comfortable and helps center the release finger for maximum control, the 12mm size is not too large to interfere with the on/off power switch and it just really looks sharp and feels good. Remember to use the smaller (diameter) o-ring for it for Fuji X cameras and enjoy!

just as described. quality is the same with all other shutter release on market. the included rubber gasket is good for keeping the shutter release to stay on.

Like the colors, made of copper or brass they fit and work well.

I have never understood (as with most things) the wildly inflated prices for simple camera accessories such as this. Granted, I'm not cutting down the work that goes into some things but for something of this nature I feel things have gotten out of control. I LOVE THESE BUTTONS! They are quite well made and fit great on all the cameras I have used them with. They feature a rubber gasket to insure a snug fit. They look great as well! I've noticed with the gold version (pictured on my X-Pro 1) that it has gradually gained a patina which I absolutely love. At first I thought it was fading but now I see it is just the natural aging process of brass or what I believe to be brass. At any rate, for the price of these releases you can't go wrong and in my opinion the quality with at the first least meet your expectations.

This was easy to install if you have the right touch at getting it perfectly aligned and rotate gently, with the o ring there is VERY little thread engagement and while I've never had one loosen and come off during use, I've occasionally accidentally had it rotate slightly and come off while I was messing with the on/off switch and dials. It's 1mm larger diameter than the others I've tried but the natural finish is more pleasant tactile-wise and aesthetically to me than the black/red/gold plain smooth plastic ones
