I have used Glucosamine & Chondroitin for at least the passed 5 years. It has been effective for me since I started. I switched to Move Free Brand Advanced Joint Health Supplement Tablets about 2 years ago so I'd feel secure in the quality of the product I was using. Since I'd come to rely on the Move Free brand I tried the little pill instead of the 2 big pills a day. I hadn't realized I wasn't getting Glucosamine & Chondroitin. I only realized it was not working so well for me. Then I saw that I was taking Move Free Collagen II ! I looked it up and learned that collagen is good for joints and all through your body so I continue to take it but I've added Move Free Glucosamine & Chondroitin back in. Sure enough, my old knee injury doesn't hardly bother me at all. Once in a while I get a twinge with more than usual physical activity. But the difference with Glucosamine & Chondroitin is that twinge goes away quickly and I'm back in the swing of things in just a few hours, versus weeks of ice and rest without using the supplement. I suggest you try it and see if you enjoy the improvement in your joints as I have.

My mother in law loves it. She has problem with her knees for a long time and ever since she uses this medicine she makes very limited complain about her knees.

The seller ships fast and easily and comparable price-wise to other stores. The pills are not terribly huge but you may be more sensitive to that than me so I’ve included a picture. I have medium to large hands for a woman. I have bought this product regularly after reading years ago that ibuprofen and glucosamine taken together enhances pain relief for longer. I honestly haven’t bothered to study my results in depth but feel it is a worthy addition to my daily relief and has been for years. I don’t feel the gluc/chon has affects any longer than that day, but I don’t know for sure. I just usually taken it once per day with 600mg of ibuprofen in a time slot between other relief doses of other products and it seems to help my knees and hips and the total chronic pain package.

I am a regular customers for move free,however,it's hard for me to accept the package qualify this time.Besides that everything is all alright.

I had had surgery for a torn meniscus. I still had awful pain that affected my gate and caused problems in my other leg/hip joints. My doctor never suggested I take this medicine. A fellow employee told me to try it. After having been through almost a year of pain, I started a regimen of MOVE FREE. It didn’t take very long to notice a HUGE HUGE DIFFERENCE! I will always have some pain and discomfort until I get a knee replacement.... but MOVE FREE has literally taken away easily 80% of my pain. I know it sounds unbelievable but for me it is a miracle. I was so angry my Doctor never suggested it that I just won’t go back to him. I feel he did me a disservice! I am SO SO HAPPY I found MOVE FREE!!!!!

I use Move Free to help lubricate and help my joints. I use the Advance formula because it seems to work better for me than the Ultra formulation. I was happy to see they are making the pills smaller now. I was also happy to see this 200 pill bottle at such a good price. Usually I would wait until it would go on the two for one sale because each bottle had only 60 pills and it is about $28 to $30 per bottle. Well this 200 pill bottle will be enough for 100 days at a cost of $28 as opposed to paying for a little over three bottles' worth. And with my Prime membership it got here quickly and for free! Everybody loves a good deal.

The 3 stars reflect the shipping time, not the product. I have been using Move Free for a couple years and find it very helpful for joint stiffness. When I ordered I didn't notice it was not Amazon Prime, depends on the amount ordered. If you want prime 2 day shipping don't order the 200 count bottle. I ordered it on Nov. 11, it was supposed to arrive by the 15th but didn't, it is now the 18th and I have no idea when it will arrive. I asked and rececived tracking number from the company but all it said was it was in MD. I live in AZ. I just didn't notice it wasn't Prime. I usually order it from Costco who are very quick and next time I will. I'm out and really wish it would arrive.
