Fora isso, este é o melhor multivitaminico que tenho tomado em anos, ajuda em tudo e nunca mais eu soube o que é um resfriado ou uma gripe. Contém todas as vitaminas em dose extremamente enorme para não precisar comprar elas por fora (a não ser que por motivos médicos você precise). E contém o blend Sports para ajuda ainda para quem faz a atividade fisica.

I have been using Mega Men vitamins since 2003 and I've been using Mega Men Sport since about 2007. I swear by these vitamins. I truly feel different when I am taking these vitamins. Nay sayers may say that is a placebo effect, but whatever it is I feel more energized, alert, and more adept to thinking on my feet when I'm taking these vitamins. One of the side effects will be that your urine will turn like a neon yellow. It was funny, but it made me wonder what was going on. I used to work for a nutritionist and when I asked him about it he told me not to worry about it as that was just large amounts of B vitamin making its way through my system and that it doesn't necessarily mean that I'm peeing my money away, that just happens when large amounts of B vitamin pass through the system. There's 2500% of your daily value Vitamin B-6 and 833% of your daily Vitamin B-12. I do recommend you take these with a glass (8 oz) of water and then continually drink water throughout the day. I notice that the more water I drink with these the less neon yellow comes out. Besides, the average person should be taking in at least 64oz of water per day so this could be some good incentive to hydrate on a more frequent basis. These vitamins are loaded with your daily values, and then some, of needed vitamins such as: Vitamins A, C, D, E, K, B-6, B-12, etc. They are also loaded with things that are great for energy and fat loss such as: Green Tea Extract, alpha-Lipoic Acid, Choline, and Inositol. These vitamins can be a little pricier than most, but you get what you pay for. When I was trying to save a few bucks I tried about two other brands (Vitamin World house brand and One a Day) and one made my stomach hurt so bad (Vitamin World) while the other (One a Day) felt as though it did nothing. These vitamins sell for about $29 on the GNC website, which is about the same price here ($24); however, if you are an Amazon Prime member you will save about five bucks on the delivery charges. Regardless of which website you choose, pony up the cash and get these vitamins! You'll thank me for the difference they make!

If you look at my other reviews, I've tried Opti-Men and Source Life Naturals "Energy Boosting". Wasn't too pleased with them, why I switched to these. I've been taking them for about a month now and I can say that I definitely feel a difference on days I've taken them and days in which I haven't. I take them after lunch, and I definitely feel more alert. Cons include the neon urine (lots of Vit. B), the smell is horrible as other reviews say but I literally let mine air out a couple minutes before taking them and that keeps the smell down, they're an awkward shape to swallow, and they make me incredibly thirsty after I take them. I guess that's not a bad thing since it keeps me hydrated, but be prepared to seriously want water after taking these. Edit - I also started taking them at night right before bed with my bedtime shake - best decision ever. Looking at the label, it makes sense - lots of Vitamin B, Zinc and Magnesium in these. I started sleeping like a rock and had regular, vivid dreams. I would wake up feeling like a rockstar. My roommate over the summer would wake up at like 6am and I wouldn't even notice - way off in dream land. ZMA is a pretty big supplement to take, and these definitely gave me the effects ZMA claims, so no need to buy any more of that. Also has a lot of D3 in here so you don't need to buy separate pills for that too. Best multivitamin overall that I've tried. Cost effective too. Accidentally forgot I'd signed up for subscription of Source Life, but will be going back to these as soon as those run out.
