Works great and accurate, great value

I wanted to love this product. The design is sleek, the idea of Bluetooth syncing is appealing, and the portability makes it sound perfect for someone always on the go. But after using it , I can confidently say it’s one of the most unreliable health gadgets I’ve ever purchased.I took my blood pressure three times in five minutes and get three completely different results—sometimes varying by 30+ points. That’s not just inconvenient, it’s dangerous if you’re trying to monitor a medical condition.The Bluetooth connection drops constantly, and when it does manage to pair, syncing takes forever or simply doesn’t happen. The app itself is poorly designed and not intuitive at all.The description makes it sound super portable, but the size is awkward, and the monitor feels fragile. It’s definitely not something I’d feel comfortable tossing in a bag or suitcase regularly.This product feels more like a tech experiment than a serious medical tool. If you're looking for a reliable blood pressure monitor, skip this one and go for a tried-and-true upper arm model. This was a waste of money and time.

Easy to use and works as advertised.

This is excellent!

I truly like the Bluetooth function and the graphs (very easy to read). But the reading is not accurate. I had used it for a couple weeks and the reading was within the green. But when I checked it at the doctor’s office, the reading was high. I thought I may have the white coat syndrome, but after I got another blood pressure monitor (Upper arm type) and the reading on Omron monitor was higher than this iHealth wrist type; Omron’s reading is closer to the doctor’s office reading . I have tested this for almost two weeks and sadly, I have to return iHealth monitor before the last day (it does not make sense to keep a monitor with inaccurate reading, despite its convenient Bluetooth fiction and pretty display).
