Right beneath the Cart and Buy buttons, it says: “Eligible for Return, Refund or Replacement within 30 days of receipt” Even if something isn’t eligible for return, pretty much all cosmetics are eligible for refund if not satisfied. It will always say so in that spot right under the Cart and Buy buttons. If you’re unsure, you can go to your orders page, find the item, and initiate a return/refund process. It will tell you if it’s not eligible, and from there you can use the chat feature to reach out to customer service.

Q: How long on average does serum stick last 2 month?

It depends on how often you use it and how much you use (all over your face or just in dry or wrinkled areas). For me, I don’t use it every day. I use it for travel or if I’m in a hurry and don’t have time to let a liquid serum dry. My best guess is one full application once a day would last about a month.

Q: What are all the ingredients?

Stuff that’s too hard to pronounce and I never heard of lol. I need to google each ingredient just to know what they are which is time consuming.
