Love the color variety
There are good colors here to mix, in rolls, not tiny litrle plastic pouches . There is enough to actually top coat a small project and have some leftover. I like the box and assortment.

Awesome Wool! Beautiful Colors too!
My wife does needle felting and I bought this for her. She is totally enjoying this box of amazing colors and she says the wool is almost completely free of 'debris' and she also says that the wool is perfect for her creations. I have learned a little bit about what she does and 'Batting', 'Roving' and 'Core wool' are different grades of wool. The label tags it as 'Roving' but she says it works well as Batting because of how it lays under her needles. Wool Buddy is an awesome find and the colors made her grin big-time!

I love this felt.
This felt is so much better than what comes with cheap kits. The texture is coarse and nice to work with. Good variety of colors and a good amount of each.

Nice Colors
I'm a needle felter and bought this specifically for one of the colors. The fibers are long and straight which isn't so good for needle felting. I learned something from a wet-felting artist at a sheep and wool show, which is to lightly wet some of the wool and pat it so that all the fibers get a bit wet, then let it dry. The fibers become less straight and the wool is a bit easier to needle felt. This worked a lot better than trying to needle felt this wool straight from the package. Also the seller cuts the end bluntly which is really a no no in wool roving. It did however meet my needs after I used the above process.
