CamelBak Pureflow Tubing Reservoir 38.5 Inch

Well no surprise there, this pipe is a long as described and has no attachments at either end which is what I wanted.What puzzled me were the previous reviews that said how difficult it was to attach the mouthpiece etc.If it were not tight water would leak out and THEN you would have something to moan about, you WANT it to be tight - watertight!!Secondly, I found it easy to replace both ends, just stick the old pipe in boiling water for a couple of minutes and they pull off with no effort, put the new pipe ends in the same hot water for a couple of minutes and put the attachments on - EASY LIFE!!Happy drinking people.

It’s exactly as described, just be aware that it’s really really hard to fit! The tube has to be pushed over a plastic tube with two ridges on to hold it in place. I could only get it over one ridge which seems to be holding ok. I even left it in the sun to warm up, hoping that would soften the rubber a bit!

I bought this for my girlfriend because her original Camelbak tubing had become blackened and stained. I did try a cheaper alternative tube but when this did not fit I bought this original tubing. It was worth paying more because this fits very well and does not leak. It is best to follow the recommendation to put the tube in warm water before trying to fit it to the reservoir as the tubing stretches more easily over the reservoir and mouthpiece fittings.

Good size, works perfect as a replacement of the original tube. I then wanted to put the protection on it, for cold temperature. A bit difficult I might say. So if you do need to have an isolated tube for low temperature, get the other one from Camelbak, already set. If it does not matter to you, this one works perfect.

As usual Camalbak is top quality - make sure you dry tubes properly and keep valves open to allow air to circulate otherwise you get bacterial build up ' hence why I bought a new one.

Hubby bladder tube was looking a little 'manky' saved cash in not buying a new bladder but replacing the tube instead. Great product and speedy delivery

Item is exactly as described, works perfectly with no leaks and was easy to hook up to my older rogue Camelbak.Note: the pure flow tubes are the older design with a narrower internal diameter; they do not work on the new Crux configuration.

When my kid said he couldn't get the water from his Camelbak reservoir into his mouth, I didn't know where to turn. I found this tube online and it's just what we needed. The hole down the middle of the tube allows for water to be sucked into your mouth from the reservoir. The sturdy tube walls also keep the water from spilling out onto the ground on the way to your mouth. It's blue. I would HIGHLY recommend this product for anyone who needs to get water from a Camelbak reservoir to their mouth without any spillage. In a pinch, it can also be used as a tourniquet.
