Seriously phanteks. On a premium hard tubing compression that you can't include additional O-rings? I ordered 1 just to check its quality and I was a happy with it and would've been interested in ordering 10-20 on PPCS on a future sale. There are no additional o-rings included especially when they're solid asf? Lost this potential costumer. I'll keep to bitspower, ek, or alphacool.

I have gone through countless fitting brands and customer water cooling companies (EK, Bitspower, Thermaltake, Bykski, PrimoChill, etc...). I can attest that Phanteks has done an excellent job with their product. I have no issues. Good product, hopefully your SKUs increase with some cool stuff.

I bought these fittings assuming I can insert 16mm tubes fro EKWB. Nope, the fittings are tooo tight. The actual diameter of the EKWB tubes is 16.1mm and yet as hard as I tried I could not insert them. Same tubes play well with Barrowch, Monsoon and, of course, EKWB.Also, the manufacturers pictures misleadingly show that the fitting is made of two parts - that is not true. At least I do not see how to separate them in two pieces.

die anschlüsse lassen sich etwas schwer zudrehen wenn eine tube drin ist aber sonst gut :)
