Comfortable and Good Quality
I had to buy this because my last job only supplied one shirt for a "uniform". What can I say otherwise about the hat? It's reasonably stylish while still looking professional, is reasonably well made, it's comfortable, and was priced right. The velcro adjustment strap means you can get an exact fit also. There was even enough adjustment room for me, and I wear a 7 3/4 hat size. Most hats don't fit me. Oh and FWIW, the bill is thick and sturdy as well.

Good quality but runs big!
The quality was good for the price! The only downside for me was that it was a little big for my head. It’s adjustable in the back so i was able to make it work but it did create a bump in the back (not noticeable from front view). My friend has a bigger head and it fit her perfectly!

Look great
I purchased these to replace our security team's older hats and they are at least as nice, if not a little better. I think they will hold up well, but I will update the rating if need be.
