Great value for the price. Seller is quick to respond. Works as designed… booted right up upon install. You don’t have to be a car guru to install. My wife’s old APIM/screen was constantly going out randomly, until it just died. I chose to move from the sync 2 up to the sync 3 APIM w/sync 4 screen with non glare. Wife is EXTREMELY happy with the upgraded system/screen. The upgraded options alone are worth the purchase. If you need step by step instructions… there are several YouTube videos. Find the one which matches your vehicles model. Easy peasy. 😁

The new Sync system seems to work fine but after installing it my door code doesn’t work. I reached out to Amazon support and they said the seller would get back to me within 48 hours. 2 days later after no word I sent a message to seller and still no response for over a week now. So now my keyless entry is useless. Will have to pay dealership a couple hundred dollars to reset it.

I am very happy with my new Sync 2 to Sync 3 Upgrade Kit, which I have installed in my 2015 F150 XLT. This is an excellent upgrade and was relatively easy to install. There are a few very informative videos on YouTube which show all of the very important steps for removal of your old Sync 2 Unit and installation of your new Sync 3 Unit. The Customer Service offered by the seller is also Top Notch, if you need assistance. I also like the fact that this new Sync 3 Unit comes with new mounting brackets already installed. This new Sync 3 Unit will come preprogrammed to your vehicle. You just need to message the seller with the Year, Make, Model and VIN Number of your Ford vehicle.I now have Apple Car Play and the unit also came with Factory Navigation.

Ive been looking to make the upgrade from sync2 to sync3 for some time and made a great choice to purchase from this seller, the sync4 hd screen is incredibly sharp and responsive, a noticeable upgrade from standard sync3 screen, installation for a 2014 Ford Explorer was straight forward and easy, just be careful when pulling radio plastic trim as it can crack easy specially around the vents, after almost 10 years of sun exposure mine cracked and only fix was to replace entire trim/hvac Sony control or ..as it shows in pic, just purchase a cover for it.

All parts swapped out with no issues. The only problem I have had is the gps is rarely correct. Neither the car play (phone) gps or the Home Screen gps work. If I disconnect my phone and use my cell phone Waze app then I have no problem so there’s something wrong with the gps in this unit I have and I have no idea how to make it work correctly.

Wanted to upgrade my 15’ F-150 to have sync 3 with the sync 4 screen from 21’ and up. My truck had all the other features of newer modes except that. So I purchased this to save thousands of dollars of buying a newer model. This was so easy to hook up and it even came with mounting bracket installed so no need to remove the old one. Plug and playing within 30 mins!! Had a question for the seller and he responded super fast and delivery was quick! Can’t say anything bad at all. If you have doubts, don’t hesitate, buy it!!!

I have a Ford F150. I installed this product and the clock is not working on it. Have no clue how to fix it. You also can not control the climate on the screen, so I no longer have access to heated/cooling car seats.

Easy installation. Easy to navigate through, nice screen clear image neat values for the money. Works amazing in the 2014 f250 super duty.. highly recommend the upgrade
