It is great - until someone keeps ringing!
Well, where do I even begin with this 'special button' phone? It's like a lifeline for my grandma, who's got a knack for forgetting, well, pretty much everything these days, thanks to her dementia.At first, we thought it was great. She could finally call my mum from her care home without any fuss.But here's the catch - she's become quite the prolific caller.I mean, I suppose it's doing its job a little too well. Grandma forgets she's just given my mum a ring, and the phone's easy to use buttons make it easy for her to dial again. It's like a never-ending loop of "I need you to answer my question!" every five minutes.Maybe this phone needs a "Wait a bit" button or a built-in reminder feature for dementia patients. Or perhaps, it's just a case of being too effective for its own good. Either way, it's become a source of both amusement and frustration in our family.

Elderly friendly phone
Mother has dementia and struggles using an iPhone so we bought her this as she just needed a phone she found it easy to use and with a positive feel to the buttons its easy to use and as expected the battery life is great.
