Based on the #1 New York Times best-selling book, Heaven is for Real recounts the true story of a small-town father who must find the courage and conviction to share his son's extraordinary, life-changing experience with the world. Starring Academy Award® nominee Greg Kinnear (Best Supporting Actor, As Good As It Gets, 1997) as Todd Burpo, the real-life father whose son Colton claims to have visited Heaven during a near death experience. Colton shares the details of his amazing journey with childlike innocence and speaks matter-of-factly about things that happened before his birth ... things he couldn't possibly know.

This Movie Is Truth.
I'm a Medium from birth. I made the same journey this boy made inside a nine month coma, at the age of seven. I was run over by a Tarmac lorry, on a Zebra Crossing, on my way to school, in my home town of Northampton in 1952. I went down a tunnel into light, and l met God, He held me close. He spoke inside my head. He said, "l am God. No one ever dies. I love you all equally. Love one another!" Since then, l have seen ghosts all my life. They're just like us, normal, human, same as they were in life. If they're not, they're not humans. Other entities do exist. So don't look for them, don't encourage them. Don't use gadgets to attract them. Bad things happen this way. I never looked, l was chosen. I spent all my youth denying them, hiding, scared, but was forced out to face them, by them. I had back up from a Bishop in the Church of England, whom l'd begged to make it stop. He told me, "It's a special gift, we can't remove it, nor can you, you're very blessed, so use it wisely!" And l do, when God decides, He leads me to those who need help. I do not, never have, never will, take money for sharing my gifts to help others. Ghosts are here 24/7. Day and night. You look in the dark, you'll find dark souls. Don't! I've had more paranormal events than you'll ever believe. I've been abused and ridiculed and labelled 'nut case' and 'liar' lifelong. It comes with a price. It just happens when l'm with people if God wants me to pass messages on to them. I don't know until l speak, what l'm going to say, God decides. Remember Jesus being asked by disciplines what they should say, and he said not to worry about it, when the time is right, "your father in heaven will give you the words!" And he does, it's amazing. Total strangers, at my door, in passing, in a group, in a shop, in any ordinary setting, on the phone, where we meet by chance, l say words before l know l will, and startle even me, as well as them, and l make them cry, then laugh, then hug me, and l see their pain go away, l feel their relief, l feel their amazement and joy, and l walk on stunned, and happy. God gave the gifts free to me. I share them freely. They're usually for those suffering loss, or in pain, alone, afraid, and in need of confirmation and assurance, that they are not alone. That they are loved. This movie has the same message, whoever wrote it came close to God via this child. and it is worth watching.

Life Changing DVD bringing the joy of Heaven down to Earth in this beautiful film.
Life changing and heartwarming DVD of four year old Colton's visit to Heaven when he was seriously ill. I had already read the book, having I borrowed this from Chapel, I loved it so much, I ordered some more copies. The DVD is beautifully done and captures the joy of heaven.It took away the fear of dying for me, as Colton had such a great time in Heaven, and so will you when you view the film, I was enthralled from beginning to end, and felt great joy and happiness on what is in store when we get to heaven. Its a life changer and it enhanced what I already experienced talking with other near death friends and family, who could see what was ahead of them, and often spoke of a beautiful garden and meadow they could see with loved ones waiting for them.Please I do not want to give anymore of the film away, I just want to say its life changing and we are going to study it in our chapel, as it addresses what happens to us when we die. Often a subject that is hard to talk about. Colton's dvd has brought the joy of everlasting life into the here and now. Would make a great Christmas Present. Have some hankies ready, its truly beautiful and a joy to watch... Ava...

it's true & pleasant viewing...
Colton was telling the truth. Many people have been to heaven I thinks..Rainbow horse; due to the 'glory' (light) reflected from behind the crystal sea.. (written in scripture).. reflection of the rainbow..The thing about this movie that annoys me most; is that they seem to make a drama out of something they already knew to be true.. of course there is a heaven (and a hell too) and he was preaching it; got some confirmation of it; and then it caused drama; when in reality they are living in a nice home that many don't have, have a partner, that many get taken from them, and seemingly live a very charmed life.. that others don't - and this apparent blessing seems for some strange reason to have caused 'little' issues; to create problems for them..Try living like a Saint in poverty and without for a while, whilst being abused; then you know real problems.... and little help; alternatively try demon possession for a few years.. that oughta get your perspectives right..The movie itself is pleasant viewing - and truthful with a bit of artistic licence in the interpretation.. but the home life these people live, is a huge dream in comparison to what the rest of the world is actually living... (and they don't tell you that the church takes from the 'wicked'.. aka anyone who isn't included.. and they don't tell you they curse you either - bit of a paradox - let alone teaching blessings, and not the curses, and not teaching you what you need to know to protect yourself.. or what you should do if you get demon possessed by GOING to church (they hand you over to Satan for correction and you are supposed to 'guess' what you are meant to do.. not very helpful.. )..Did I enjoy this movie - yes; it is a comfort.. hopefully some day he can make another movie; and let people know the truth about what they are actually meant to do in the more challenging aspects of going to 'church'.. cause the teachings in England aren't very helpful... nor are some of the churches housing the homeless or suchlike... which is very disappointing;
