Wild Fox: A True Story

It was advertised LIKE NEW...but the cover jacket had a large crease in it. Otherwise, the book was lovely.Book itself, story, and especially the illustrations were all magnificent...signed by illustrator was an unusual and special surprise.

I bought the Wild Fox: A True Story for my next door neighbor’s baby shower. The best part is that the Illustrator, Jo Ellen Stammen is my sister. The book had been out of print for awhile, and was happy to see it available. Jo Ellen was also nominated for the Caldecott Award for this book. My only disappointment is the size of the book, It is not in its original size, but still lovely to give as a gift.

My five year old picked this book when we were traveling in Maine. Lovely story about a wild fox. Rich language and captivating story.

Wild Fox is an incredible true story about a fox that got out ofan inhumane trap and befriended the right loving and warmperson. This story will teach you about true love between humanand animals. It is a book for all ages.Absolutely Love It....
