Expensive but the best
I wish the price was affordable, this is the best one out there for reflux. It immediately foams up to block the acid. Not worth the price if your symptoms are not severe.

I am using this before bed and it works pretty well. Not for a long time but at least until I can get to sleep. Tastes good too.

Tastes Terrible
I think that it works, especially since I can feel it start to foam in my mouth, but it tastes disgusting. The liquid seemed easier to swallow.
