Wow, I must say that when I received the bag I was actually really scared after reading the reviews . So I was ready. Feeling better after 3 months!
I’ve been taking these for about three months now, and I’ve definitely noticed an improvement in my gut health. I didn’t expect a huge difference, but things just feel more “normal” now, if that makes sense. No weird side effects, easy to take, and the ingredients seem solid. I’ll be keeping these in my daily routine for sure. Great price too!

Annoying new paper wrappers.
Great product. I have bought these many times and I have recently noticed that evidently to cut production costs the wrappers went from durable non-tearing foil-like to a new constant paper tearing super annoyance. When costs are squeezed on something as little as that, who knows what else they will change with the product itself. 4 stars, but put the wrappers back to the original please and push to sell more not give less, sheeesh. Keeping a close eye on this product line/company.
