Handy boxes to pop in your bag, wrapped individually which is nice. Good flavour and money saving compared to other brands.

For a fast acting tablet, it takes a good few minutes to get it out of the wrapper. Kind of defeats the purpose. Individually wrapped is great, but when someone is having a hypo and you have to search for a scissor to open the wrapper, that's not efficent. They are also very hard, so chewing is an effort and not in the least soluble. Again, not great when a hypo is occurring.

That being said, this review is NOT swayed by that, and (as always) contains only my real thoughts on the product; good and bad.]I ordered ‘Lift Individually Wrapped Fast-Acting Glucose Chewable Energy Tablets’ as I have low blood sugar quite often and randomly. The individually wrapped nature of the product appealed to me as they can be in a pocket or handbag and stay there without making a mess. Also the fifteen calories per tablet is of interest to my waistline!They are delicious! The description ‘Juicy Raspberry’ makes you wonder at first because these types of products are usually chalky and bland. This has a chalky, powdery consistency tablet base but the flavour is raspberry and it feels juicy on your tongue. It is a really pleasant sensation, almost sparkly?The Caffeine and gluten free aspect is also important to me as I cannot tolerate either and this is clear on the packaging. Reading the description online I expected a tough resealable tube but there isn’t one. This is not a problem to me as I like the individually wrapped tablets for reasons mentioned above. I also like that they are free from artificial colours and sweeteners.There was some inconsistency of contents across the six packets (1x20 tablets, 1x22 tablets, 2x21 tablets, 1x18 + 1 open, 1x19 + empty packet). They are sold as packets containing 20 tablets each. Overall I received 121, so 1 bonus tablet! It is obviously a fault in the production line on the batch sent out to me and it does not prohibit me from giving five stars. I really like the taste of Lift and the convenience of the wrapping.

This is an amazing value pack of 6 x 20 of Chewable Energy Tablets by Lift.Each box within this pack containing 20 chewable tablets in separate wrappers and are larger than I expected.When tasting the tablets they are quite Raspberry flavoured and do take some time to chew threw although I did find them a bit chalky although still likeable enough to suck on.I did feel more perky having had one of the tablets and I think the recommendation is a max of 3 tablets a day.I can see these being ideal for work use or just prior to going to the gym as they do give you a little boost and make you feel more awake which is more than welcome when you falling asleep at your desk at work.Overall these are good Glucose boost supplements which do appear to work and I recommend them.

At the time of this review these tablets are just over £11.It works out at roughly 9 p per tabletYou get six boxes of twenty tablets for this money.Each tablet is individually wrapped to keep it dryBest before date is oct 24.You don’t need to chew these much, they are chalky tablets that break up and dissolve in your mouth.The ‘energy’ boost should start when the tablet starts dissolving into your blood stream through your mouth cheeks within 15 minutes.Directions say take one to three at a time, so between 9p and 27p per hit of energy.15 calories per tabletZero caffeine and gluten-free.I have tried one with little effect tbh, I will test them further over the week and update the review.Update ,I thought I would test my blood sugar whilst taking these. I tested my blood glucose and my partners, we each took a tablet and tested blood sugar again after 15 minutes, we both had a fall in blood glucose level so it is reassuring that this is not just sugar especially if you are diabetic or pre diabetic.I took three tablets before heading off to the gym for a 5 k run and an hour yoga class. At no time was I hungry during a reasonably hard run or through the yoga class. If i had taken an energy drink with caffeine I often feel more of a boost. These tablets defiantly had an affect on my energy levels if I took three but I didn’t get that light headed feeling that you also get with caffeine.If you are looking for a training/ exercising lift without sugar or caffeine I oiled recommend these and I hope you find the review helpful
