This wa very pretty and works phenomenal. But it's loose in that outlet and easy to knock into.

This is a lovely warmer and I like the idea. However wax melts and for whatever reason it gets inside next to the bulb. I don’t overfill it, I clean it after each use, but wax still for some odd reason makes it’s way down to the bulb. No one is bumping it or contributing to the issue. I just threw it away because the last think I want is for some the wax to make it’s way to the bulb and cause a fire. I don’t know if I have a dud or what. Cleaning it was really never that easy. It creates the weird wax flakes that get everywhere and that’s probably part of the above issue I mentioned. If you’re thinking “I don’t think that will be an issue for me” I tried a ton of things to prevent this and have cleaned it countless times. So I don’t know what else I could do.

I didn't use it. I am returning. It does not look as pictured. It just looks blue with a shiny glaze over it. It doesn't give off the irridescent look at all.

I bought this to replace my airwick plug in bc i didnt want to make space for a big warmer. the top is made of ceramic and broke during shipping. I msgd their customer service they shipped me another with some extra wax the next day. And i dont need to sent back the broken one.About the product itself, i tried taping the broken one and used it as i havent received the replacement yet. As my first wax warmer its pretty solid. Im not an expert yet so there might be places where i havent noticed.The wax bowl does seem smaller than i had originally anticipated though. Im more of a put a bunch and leave it type so if the bowls are deeper or the walls are steeper it would allow more wax to be put in.The scent seems to be pretty strong and have been i putting water, my left over airwick liquid, and about 5-7 drips of peppermint so far, and the peppermint ends up on the bottom with some water unvaporized.
