I really enjoy the heat and red light features. My husband also uses it for his bad knees as well, and I appreciate how quiet it is. The heat and massage were extremely soothing and relaxing—within minutes, I could feel the pain starting to fade away. After the session, was surprised to find that I could move my knee with very little discomfort. You can adjust the settings to fit your needs. This is better than going to a massager therapist each week which adds up. I think you can also use this in your shoulders but I haven’t tried.

There is too much I can say about this product but I will start by saying that I am TOTALLY satisfied. Additionally, I will say that it exceeded my expectations and that it not only works for the knees but also for the elbows and shoulders due to its great ergonomic design. In my situation, my husband has arthritis problems in his knees and I always have pain in my left shoulder due to a long fall, so we can both benefit from the same massager. The vibration levels are perfect, not too fast but not too slow, as is the infrared heat, which turns itself off so as not to exaggerate its use. We have really felt great relief with its use. It has very good padding. The LED screen is luxurious as it is designed with clearly visible letters and everything is well detailed for effective use. This is ideal to give to anyone who has an ailment since it does not replace the doctor but it does give great relief. I recommend it 💯

This knee massager works well and helps with knee pain. The heat and high intensity settings help with aching knees following long days on my feet and running workouts.

The media could not be loaded. I bought two and have used this for two days. I wish it would squeeze a little bit tighter, but I do like that there is air compression on the back of the knee. The high heat gets really hot, which is good, just make sure you have on pants. The vibration should be slightly more but still feel good. I'm guessing the red light is laser therapy but that I am not sure of, because I don't notice a difference between it being on or off. Still waiting to see how long a charge last or how long the device lasts. I also wish these came in some sort of carrying bag or case to protect it from damage. Especially, since I have two of them. I will keep you posted!

I received the broken charger or broken machine. It never get charged.

Sometimes it is really hard to get the on/off switch to turn it on. Not sure how long it will keep working. Use it for my knees and I feel like it is helping with the knee pain; I have bone on bone.I've used it about 2 weeks now. The on/off switch is my only concern.

The compression and heat level are just right to warm up the cold knee in the winter or rainy days. The UV feature works well because the swollen has been reduced since I started using the machine every night.

This knee massager is surprisingly easy to use. I didn’t even bother reading the manual—just wrap it around your knee, press the button, and you’re good to go. It uses airbag compression along with heat therapy, which feels really soothing. While it doesn’t move around the knee, for the price, I think it’s totally worth it! Great for relaxing after a long day or easing knee discomfort.
