If you want to play.a prank on your teacher and completely cover the entire chalk board with chalk, this is the way to go. Or you could also rub it on your hands and climb on stuff. It works equally well for both.I like this product because I'm particularly fond of chalk in the shape of a rectangular prism.Ok, bye.

I use this for my days that I lift heavy. The chalk works great at improving my grip.Overall, it's a great quality chalk that works great on my heavy lift days.

This is a multi package of rectangle chalk blocks.They are like a giant, piece of chalk for a chalk board.They are packaged well, each one individually wrapped in plastic, with a "pull" string to open the the package.I guess you can break this up and put it in your chalk bag, or just leave it as a brick, and just rub your hands on it, instead of in it.As for the price, it's close to the bags, but slightly more, probably due to the individual packaging.

You will get 8 well wrapped 2 oz blocks of chalk. I must say, it’s like getting tidy, compact and feather light bars of soap. I have never used chalk blocks. So I simply tried this by rubbing into my palms just as I would use a bar of soap under a tap of water. This does a nice job absorbing sweat and oils, while leaving a thin coating of chalk to allow your grip to be much more effective. I used this to climb up a ladder, to be honest. I hate heights and my palms always sweat as a fight or flight response to the fear of climbing high. Can’t even imagine how rock climbers do what they do lol. Anyway, this kept me steady on the 10’ aluminum ladder, with a grip that made me much less afraid of climbing into a ceiling attic. I know this isn’t exactly what it is to be used for…but guess what. It worked. And I’m going to not only pack this into my gym bag now. I’m going to leave one of these in a baggy clipped to my ladder. Problems with sweaty palms as I climb up high? Solved. Boom!

I lift weights regularly and use chalk (never gloves) and this stuff has been pretty good. It's not quite as impressive as some of the expensive name-brand chalk I've used, but it's still good and fits the bill. If this makes sense, it's kind of a "drier" chalk than others. It goes on cleaner but takes more rubbing to get a deep coat of chalk rubbed into your hands compared to loose powder or other brands of more "wet" chalk blocks. But this also makes it cleaner. Other than that little detail, the actual grip provided by this chalk seems every bit as good as any other kind I've ever used. It is scentless (unlike some). Each block is very lightweight (much less density than, say, a piece of chalk the teacher used on a chalkboard back in the day), but the blocks last quite a while. Best of all, the price is right.
