You move the flex probe ( camera head) to view your subject. The hand held screen can be held in any position, able to use for many jobs where head/eye access is not practical.

How do you switch to the second lens?

At the base of the cable where it meets the display, there is a button. Look at the 6th photo in the description.

How flexible is the camera cable

Its stiff enough to stay straight while feeding it through. It bends and holds a curve well also.
