I guess nothing is perfect
I finally told my doctor about a pain that I had been having in my elbow a few months ago. She asked me to pull up my Amazon and prescribed this exact brace for me to sleep in until I returned in 4 wks. Well the X-ray led to an MRI which showed a partial tendon tear so now I’m in the brace 24/7 now. On occasion I will wake up and find it at the foot of the bed and on really hot days I will get sweat bumps on my arm and the fact that I have lost essentially 90% use of my arm is really irritating. Do you KNOW how often you use your non-dominant arm?! And the fact that I can bend it *this* much took time to get used to but I have had it on for 3 months now so it’s not quite as bad. I will say that the fit is very good, it’s extremely easy to use and as long as I have my little arm pillow, it’s quite comfortable to sleep in as well as during the day. My biggest concern is how do I wash it? There’s nothing on the app, no tag either.

Works as advertised
So I was having some major pain around my elbow to the point I had issues using my arm normally to reach things or to put pressure with my fingers or hand as it caused me a lot of pain. I ordered this elbow brace and tried it for a few nights and the pain, swelling and tenderness has decreased so much I am able to move my arm more freely. This is a great brace and was worth the price. Great quality item.

I found this very uncomfortable, so I stopped wearing it after once or twice.

Quality and comfort is excellent. Used for Golfer's Elbow.
The two metal braces that come with this keep the arm quite straight. I actually needed a slight bend for mine, so removed them and was still stiff enough to be just perfect for my "golfer's elbow." One review I read said they bent theirs to the angle they needed, but there was no need for me to hassle with that.It needs to be pretty tight on the wrist-end to keep it from sliding down. But I sleep with it and have no issues.The sizing was right for what I measured.Quality and comfort is excellent.

Well made
They wear good but did not work for.me. Ulnar nerve entrapment is a a bad thing, any kind of neuropathy is bad, having said that, even surgery doesn't always work. So buy it it.may work for you.
