Both cartridge and stylus represent very good value and provide excellent performance. We use this combination for radio broadcast when vinyl is the only option. As not all presenters know how to handle this older technology, it is surprising that, to date, no one has wrecked the stylus - unlike other much more expensive cartridge/styli combinations that claim to ne rugged. But should the styli need replacement it will save over £40 by comparison. Pay careful attention to how the terminals need to be connected when replacing an existing cartridge. Make a note of which colour lead goes to which symbol on the existing cartridge before disconnecting it ( L+, L-, R+, R-). then connect each lead to the correct symbol on the new cartridge. A small pair of pliers and a magnifying glass helps a lot. NEVER apply a soldering iron to the contacts on the cartridge as heat will most certainly destroy the cartridge.

Great sound, good value, easy to fit

Nothing to really complain about, it's so cheap it's worth a try.Easily the match for an AT-3600, I am even surprised compared to a Nagaoka MP-110, which is x 10 the price....Tracks anything I throw at it, including some bad scratches, and gets through without a jump. My original quadrophenia skips once in the synth part at the end of the title track on side on with any other cart, except this one.

Got them delivered on prime so arrived the next day!Simple enough to install. The cables were a bit tricky but if you have had your head shell for a long time like mines, you might want to check the cable connections. One of mine broke as I tried to connect them to the new groove tool cartridge.Hope you have your own tools too for screwing them on. I was fined or that as I also like to repair my iPhones when they break so had plenty of tools. The screw can be easy to lose so be careful.They give you a colour map of which cables belong where on the cartridge when you reconnect them. Handy as it didn't match the set up of my previous stylus.Sound was great and I'm very happy to have got these.Update 5/1/17 finally got round to getting a mix in after a busy Xmas period and one of the needles bent?!Not really had time to get a proper mix in as my decks are kept in my old room so was well surprised when it happened as I watched the arm skim across my record. Had only tried them the once, when I installed them on arrival.This a known problem or happened to anyone else? Need a new one now.

After trying 2 other cartridges/stylus that had to be returned, I finally found one that fits my old Rega Planar 2 turntable!It was a bit fiddly to connect, but works fine.

Arrived very quickly. Was fiddly to fit but it was the first time I've ever fitted - didn't take to long so anyone whose a pro will find it very easy. Have used for a few days now and so far they seem a very good alternative to the more pricey versions. Good sound quality but will have to see how they fair after a few mixes. Overall very happy with service and product.
