Very effective, it does smell a bit funny and it's a bit overpriced and also difficult to get hold of, but it really works.

The pad is very easy to apply and is a good size, but I've had better results with other pads

Waste of money
Bought a pack of 20 for the wife, and after using them every day for 10 day's she didn't feel any different at all. Each morning the patches were black, but did nothing to make the wife feel better. In our opinion these are a complete waste of money!!

this detox patches are very good...u put them on the feet before going to bed and when u get up they are dark..because of all the toxins removed during the nite plus ur feet are smoother as it removes the toxins acumulated on the sole of ur feet..they detox all ur body..organs..skin etc..i highly recommend it!!

Patch It Works
Patch It really helps aid a great night sleep and shows visible signs of improving circulation.I broke my ankle a few years ago and still suffer from swelling. Patch it is the best way I've found so far to get my ankle looking normal again.

Detox
I use these patches on my feet twice a year (in spring and fall) to detox. Easy while you sleep. Be aware of what brand you buy and look at the content (ingredients). I find these the best.
