This new formulation works better than the original one & that work well too.
I've use magicolor acrylic inks for years now, they will work well on any base colour and look fantastic, I use them in modelling railway wagons and write on the sides as the owners did in the early 1900 - 1950's, they were a form of advertisement. Red is the only base colour that requires sealing proir to lettering or it may turn white lettering pink. When wording goes wrong the cleaner will completely remove the ink very easily when wet, but when completely dry even after a few years it will remove everything, it can also help remove any surface grease, making the area easier to cover evenly & cleans the nib of my technical drawing pens too. A great improvement on an already brilliant product, it's a shame the full range of the opaque inks was removed leaving only black & white, I am lucky to own many of these discontinued inks so I'm not limited to just the two colours.

Good
I paint miniature figures, these inks work for me on certain aspects of the figurine, no complaints whatsoever.

The ink in the bottle I got did not come out smooth (I've tried shaking the bottle before using) and the colour was very harsh and dry?
