I have used Meta Muscle so long that I find it hard to judge. The short time I didn't use it was not so good. "You know what I mean"

This product worked for me. It takes a little bit for your body to get used to ( at least for me) but then it works fine. Something interesting however is that for some reason, the one with real sugar worked better for me. I tired the sugar free Metamucil, and it was giving me weird side effects that I did not feel with the real sugar Metamucil. I wonder if anyone els has experienced the same. The sugar free some also Took much longer to work.

I use this daily so when I saw Amazon's price ,I ordered it before I was out of my other one. Will definitely buy again from Amazon.

Works but does fill you up. It will thicken if don’t drink fast enough.
