I had high expectations.. 😔
So i was very exited for this it was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my best friend.. the box it came in was good but when I opened it the mug was completely broken im so mad and sad. I wish I could give 0 stars but I can't so yeah..

Hard to rate
I love this mug. It is adorable and makes me so happy to drink out of when I work from home or just need a hot bev and it holds SO much. Unfortunately, in complete transparency- it kind of sucks to use. When you drink out of it, it almost always leaves part of the drink dripping down the side. It's also awful to clean. It may be easier for people with a dishwasher but stains can and will attempt to build up in the ears and nose parts of the inside of the mug. I gave it a three because I don't think these things would stop me personally from buying something similar in the future, but when looking at the flaws v. the cuteness, it wouldn't be an honest review to give a higher rate.

I gave it a four because I wish the top of mug was more open and not so curved inward at top. But sturdy and my daughter loves it.

If it was $19 i would keep this, but $39 plus tax? I expect high quality. It’s also very light not heavy — like it’s made of cheap material. Returning!! (If you’re trying to make people grumpy with this Grumpy mug, you succeeded lol)
