Lifting straps are a must for anyone who dead lifts (for most people I think your grip seriously limits your ability and capacity to lift). These Adidas ones are superb: very comfortable, provide great grip and look durable (I guess only time well tell exactly how durable they are). If you're not sure of how to use lifting straps, then have a look on YouTube; there are very clear videos of how to use them.

Arrived on time, cheap looking and poor performance, after the first session its alredy in the drawer with useless stuff. The neoprene is some poor quality and doesn't do the gob. Not worth the money and effort

Für das Training nicht nur geeigent sonder auch sehr zu empfehlen. Besonders im bereich Kreuzheben/Nacken, ich konnte dadurch mein Gewicht verdoppeln. Die Entlastung für die Handgelenke ist Super. Jeder der beim Griff Probleme hat , kann ich nur empfehlen.
