Great imagination promoting drawing book.
Nice book which promotes imagination to create drawings. Would be lovely if a drawing pad was available.

Kept an 11 year old away from his X Box for a good while!
I got this for my 11 year old nephew for Christmas. He loves drawing and this had his interest straight away. He spent an hour on Christmas morning making animals and objects from the paint blobs in the book, having a great time.

Lovely gift for a creative person
Such an interesting gift to give to a creative person who hasn't got much time to sit and draw. The quality of the book is lovely and I've gifted it many times to family and friends. They have enjoyed it!

Great for creativity
Bought this for my niece. It took her a moment to figure out what she wanted to do/what the book was getting at but this is her first amazing page. She says “there are 31 monsters, try to find them all”

My 6 year old niece loves painting and drawing. I wasn’t sure if this would feel too open-ended for her, but as soon as I showed her a few examples she jumped right in and couldn’t be peeled away. Surprisingly friendly to kids and adults alike!

I recently had the pleasure of reading Peng & Hu’s Hirameki: Draw What You See, and I must say that it was an amazing experience. The book is a comprehensive guide to drawing using the “hirameki” or “flash” method. It covers everything from basic fundamentals to advanced techniques, and includes plenty of examples and exercises to help you along the way. Overall, I highly recommend Peng & Hu’s Hirameki: Draw What You See. It’s a great resource for anyone interested in developing their drawing skills. The authors provide a wealth of knowledge, and the exercises and examples are sure to help you become a better artist.

Its a nice book with lots of pages to draw on, but i find it too sugestive. I think its more for people who are learning to think outside of the box. I also bought another book somewhere else which enables me to draw more freely, i personally like that one better. The colored blobs are also printed with a texture that doesnt take fineliner pen. You just need to use a ballpen.
