colgate plaque toothpaste: i ordered this in may 2025 and my oct 1st dental visit found that "your gums are incredible, you cant get any healthier gums even after cleaning your gums didnt even show a slight redness where normal patients will have slight bleeding" . Only scrape/cleaning needed was for coffee staining. I use high flouride products and these flouride products cannot get to the enamel when plaque is present. I cannot find this plaque pro paste anywhere locally. Do not under estimate colgate or crest products. I have all my teeth and they are very healthy in my 60's now. I used fancy toothpastes and started moving away from them on/off about 4 years ago but hangin' with colgate for now. And floss every day and floss carefully. fyi: one day a week i do a 20 minute floss routine. Crazy but extremely effective and helpful. I've had strangers comment about my nice teeth so its shocking and interesting.

This is the only tooth paste that checks all my boxes. 10/10 recommendation to everyone

We have tried so many toothpaste brands, and sometime the name brands are still the best. We like this because it seems to truly help with all a mouth and teeth need. So when it days total care, it does seem to do what it says.
