Nice product with easy operation module

I have ordered 4 machines in last 15 days to gift my family members. One machine which I opened yesterday after arriving in London has a battery issue. It takes 4 hours to charge and works only for 7 mins. I have to keep charging it to make it work for 5 or 7 mins. I need help with replacement or refund but haven’t found any option to make it happen. Process seems to be highly automated with AI responses and not real human support to get this done quickly for me. Thank you
