I was quite surprised that this helped my chronic itching and feeling of being stung or stabbed with pins. It doesn't take it away 100%, but lessens the intensity until my allergy medicine starts to work. This works so quickly, too. When I know it's nerve pain, I also use hypericum by the same company. They work well together.
