Great option for adults and kids!
I've wanted hydration backpacks for my kids since we've been going hiking and biking more and want them to be able to carry their own water and first aid. This fits fine on me and is super unobtrusive and lightweight, but also works great on my littlest kid who is 5 years old (he's the one wearing the bag in the picture). The vest-like fit makes it comfortable on both of us and there's plenty of space to adjust down to the smallest size so it fits him well. We can fit the bladder, a couple of snacks, mini first aid kit, binoculars, and a few other odds and ends. If he had a phone, it would fit easily in the front pockets which is much more convenient than the bag I use to be honest.I really like this style of reservoir too - all the other bags we have are a twist-lock style which is fine, but is SO hard to clean in the corners and get totally dry. The open top makes it really easy to clean out and dry out the corners. It was dry and ready to be packed away in a fraction of the time it took the other bladders. There's no string for the top clasp to keep it attached to the bladder like I've seen on Osprey reservoirs, so you do have to keep track of the small parts while cleaning.My only real knock against it is that none of the packaging or tags indicated that the materials were BPA free or PVC free - I know the listing indicates that it is, but who knows when it's nowhere on the product or the tags. In fact, the tags were kind of weird and I was barely able to understand what information they were trying to get across.

Great for running!
I run with this backpack several times a week and I'm a huge fan. It's super lightweight, the bladder is easy to fill. There is ample pocket space for other stuff such as phone. 10/10 recommend.

It was a little hard to figure out how to put the tube in the backpack but I love this it has so much space in the backpack I don’t need to carry a purse anymore

Nice hydration pack. I returned it as it did not have all the features that I was looking for in a hydration pack.Seems to be nice quality.

Perfect for a nice hike!
I do wish it could hold more water, but it is nicely made. It is durable but a bit small. It's perfect for smaller built people or kids. My family is on the stockier side so it was difficult getting them on and off of them. I got multiple of these for my family for weekend camping or hiking trips.
